OPPORTUNITIES

These FOUR opportunities are supported through a programme of work delivered by Feral and funded by Creative Scotland.

Feral have a track record of programming and producing dynamic artistic work for outdoor contexts.  This collaboration stems from an interest in stimulating resources for artists to cultivate and present artistic work that happens out-with the limits of physical buildings and offers a lens to re-imagine public space.

Applicants can apply for as many of the four opportunities as they like.

Applications should be submitted by Sunday 11th January 2026 at 5pm.

Applicants will be notified on the result by W/C 26th January 2026.

PRODUCING SURGERIES FOR MID-CAREER ARTISTS

Feral are offering a programme of paid Producing Surgeries designed for Mid-Career Artists taking place across March – June 2026.

Feral primarily work with independent artists across movement-based practices – specifically Visual Theatre, Dance and Outdoor Arts. We recognise that Artists don’t stop needing the support of a producer once they become established and feel our work has had the greatest impact on Mid-Career artists who do not regularly have the support of a dedicated producer.

We are looking to work with Mid-Career artists who do not currently work with a Producer and would benefit from some structured support to explore a step change in their practice or progress a new project. The Producing Surgeries will be a collaborative space designed to offer focussed time and tailored support responding to the needs of each individual artist.
